2. Scriptural Alignment

Nothing published by Passed Over Press shall contradict, distort, or undermine the teachings of the Holy Scriptures. This includes, but is not limited to, any doctrines, writings, or creative works that promote:

Authors working with Passed Over Press agree to:

• Respect the publishing standards and moral code of Passed Over Press.
  By submitting a manuscript, the author acknowledges that Passed Over Press operates as a ministry as well as a publishing house and that publication is a spiritual partnership rooted in covenant principles.

5. Intellectual and Creative Integrity

All content published by Passed Over Press must be original, properly cited, and free from plagiarism or copyright infringement. Authors retain ownership of their creative work but grant Passed Over Press permission to edit, format, and distribute their work in accordance with biblical and professional publishing standards.

6. Moral and Spiritual Standards

Passed Over Press upholds a standard of righteousness and reverence in all creative expressions. Therefore, we do not publish materials that contain profanity, sexual immorality, blasphemy, occult symbolism, or any form of spiritual deception. Every publication must reflect holiness, honor, and respect for God’s commandments and His people.

7. Final Authority

The Holy Bible shall remain the supreme authority in all editorial, moral, and doctrinal decisions made by Passed Over Press. If any dispute arises regarding interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions, Scripture shall serve as the ultimate standard of truth and judgment.

8. Agreement

By partnering with Passed Over Press, all authors, editors, and contributors agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in both spirit and practice. Together, we seek to honor God through every written word and ensure that all publications released under this imprint glorify Him, edify His people, and uphold the covenant of truth.
